Molto bello il verde del parco. Ottimo parcheggio privato, a pochi metri dallo stadio Allianz Riviera. Perfetto per chi deve andare allo stadio. La colazione a 25 euro a persona è un’esagerazione. Da non fare!

ラグビーの試合観戦のため、スタジアムから歩けるホテルということで予約しましたが、ロケーションは最高でした。 また、事前にバスタブ付の部屋をリクエストしていたのにも応えていただけ、大変快適に滞在できました。 試合開始が遅く（当然終了も遅く）ニースの街中までトラムで移動するのはとても負担に思っていたので、ここに泊まってよかったです。四つ星ホテルなのでそれなりの金額を払いましたが、十分価値はあったと思います。 朝食もおいしかったです。 スタッフの方が皆さんとても親切でした。. 特にありません。.

מיקום מעולה! כ-50 מ' הליכה מתחנת הטראם לכיוון שדה התעופה בניס ולמי שרוצה לבלות בניס מומלץ לקחת אובר מהמלון למרכז ניס. חנייה בחינם בשפע במקום. חדר גדול ומרווח יחסית, נקי מאוד, אזור הריכה מאוד נעים ומזמין לשהייה בימי העונה החמה וצוות המלון מאוד אדיב.

We booked the hotel to be near to the Stadium of Nice as we were attending a rugby match there. As advertised it was just a five minute easy walk to the stadium and perfect for us. The bar and restaurant ( when open ) were pleasant and the breakfast provided a good choice of food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. WE arrived on Friday and the restaurant was not open that evening. But we were directed to a very nearby restaurant which was very nice. Not a problem but a bit unusual. The reception and ground floor areas were all modern and pleasant. The bedrooms, however, are a bit basic but comfortable enough for short stay.

Perfect location for the stadium. The room didn’t have curtains! It was also very noisy due to the road outside. The pool was nice, although a bit grubby.

The location was great. We had the worst experience ever. We arrived at night two adults one child (5y) the child was mentioned in the booking but couldn’t stay in the room with us because of the room we reserved which was weird. We got the room key to a wrong room that wasn’t available and i walked in on a couple doing couple things in bed!!! I felt so ashamed, than we got a new room, we felt so unsafe!!! Because they could give someone else a wrong key that could walk in on us. Our electric curtains of the room we’re broken and we had to wait untill the next day so we woke up at 6:00 in the morning :) we booked three days and checked out after one night. Please safe your money and dont book a room here (i was on the phone the entire week to receive a refund of the two remaining nights. Luckily they payed me back. Never ever again our whole south of france experience was ruined!!

Personnel accueillant et souriant. Chambre propre, literie confortable, superbe petit déjeuner (beaucoup de choix!) Peut-être un petit coup de rafraîchissement au niveau des chambres (et la double baie vitrée qui coinçait, un peu difficile à manipuler).

Right opposite the sports stadium so very convenient for the rugby match we were going to. It was expensive for the type of property it was but assuming this was due to location and demand because of the Rugby World Cup.

Baia a fost deplorabila, obiecte sanitare vechi, uzate, pe pereti si pe jos era o vopsea maro absolut groaznica, o cadita pe care poate o mai intalnesti la un hotel de 2 stele In dimineata plecarii, am iesit din camera la 9.30 si ne-am intors la 10. O camerista intrase desi nu luasem din camera toate lucrurile ( un telefon era in priza, un suc de portocale in frigider) si deja se apucase de curatenie. Nu mi-a venit sa cred! Din camera nu am vazut decat un terasament cu iarba care bloca abdolut toata privelistea. Minibarul era gol.

Sauber, doppelt Fenster im Zimmer ist ruhig, Parkplatz. Frühstück ist teuer.

Fantastic property if you have a car.

Everything was great. The staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. The pool and pool area was very nicely set out. I would strongly recommend this hotel. If I could take this hotel with me everywhere, then I would. As I am older and my knees are not very strong I found it difficult to get in the pool and impossible to get out on my own. If I had gone alone, I would not have been able to use the pool. It needs one set of steps and rail for safety and availability. The pillows were very thick and quite firm. Too high and hard for us.

Le personnel adorable et l’intérieur de l’hôtel, accueil et chambre et restaurant. La piscine délaissée, les jardins que le minimum est fait !.

Le personnel est très aimable, professionnel et aux petits soins, que ce soit à l'accueil ou à la piscine. L'hébergement est propre et la chambre est bien équipée. La piscine est bien entretenue et agréable lors des chaudes journées d'été. Des serviettes sont mises à disposition par l'hôtel. La porte automatique à l'entrée de l'hôtel qui détecte très mal les passages.

La propreté et l’accueil Le personnel des chambres est exceptionnel. Petit déjeuner un peu cher mais très bon.

Le personnel est trés gentils et serviable, du petit déjeuner au diner, de la réception au femme de chambre tout fut parfait pour nous. Merci d'avoir fait de notre premier voyage en famille un séjour merveilleux. Merci à tous et toutes. L'hôtel est propre du matin au soir, les chambres jolies et spacieuse, on se sent comme à la maison. RAS.

L'hôtel est vraiment très bien. Un peu loin de Nice si l'on a besoin de s'y rendre régulièrement. Les lits sont très agréables. Le personnel est très serviable. L'accès est facile de jour comme de nuit.. Pour moi le seul bémol est le prix du petit déjeuner à 25€. Même si c'est un buffet copieux, 25€ c'es très exagéré.

Ligging zwembad airco. Badkamer was zwaar behelpen. Geen mogelijkheid om handdoek op te hangen. Douche maakte een waterballet en er was GEEN ruimte om iets af te leggen in de douche behalve op de grond.

The hotel is very nice, clean and with lots of services available. The restaurant deserves a visit both for breakfast and dinner as quality of food and dishes were great. The room and bathroom are really comfortable, even with a little balcony available. The pool spot is nice and towel service was a plus. The pool is a bit small. I had an issue when I asked for a taxi to the airport (6km away). A taxi without meter has arrived and pretended me to pay 45€ for the travel. Hotel location is on a main road: even though I didn't have the time to visit the area more, I cannot say what is there.

La décoration était très élégante. Il n’y avait pas de porte serviette dans la chambre.

It was a stopover in Nice, thanks to the cleanser to keep out belongings in safe place and collect them days after we left , thanks for your help.

Emplacement au top . Piscine très agréable et personnel aux petits soins ! Il faut absolument tester le restaurant : tout était succulent ! La chambre était propre mais matériaux de la salle de bain vieillot , joints jaunis … ce qui donne un aspect « sale ».

Unterkunft mit Pool... Zimmer mit Balkon Zimmer alles supi.... Personal sehr nett. Großer eigener Parkplatz inkl finde ich bei Hotels super Frühstück finde ich zu teuer. Die Lage leider etwas außerhalb von Nizza. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fast eine Stunde

L'accueil de certains membres du personnel, et une mention spécial pour le Monsieur responsable de l'accueil au petit dejeuner, qui prend le temps de demander chaque matin au clients s'ils ont passé une bonne nuit avec un mot gentil pour chaque personne. RAS.

Pay atention,the stuff is so bad they are scamers at fist we come to hotel to make reservation without booking and they offered us with some deals that are more expensive and on our luck we than saw on the booking price for these hotel much better,then they ur so rude ( i mean on stuff at reception,pay attenion mamagmamt on Patrick and Mourod they are so rude and sarcastic then you regret to stay in these hotel) so people i would recomend you to go to some other hotel like some near airport because its similar location and for same price you have much better experience…Do not let these scamers got you….

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter l'arrière pays niçois tout en restant proche du centre ville, l'isolation extérieure est très bonne, les chambres bien équipées et confortables, la piscine offre un cadre extérieur bien sympathique et le parking privé et sécurisé est fort appréciable. Les voisins de chambres nous ont réveillé à plusieurs reprises suite à des aller retours dans leur chambres en pleine nuit. Une porte supplémentaire pour constituer un sas avec le couloir aurait été appréciable pour palier à l'indélicatesse de ces clients.

La terrasse au petit déjeuner sous les mûriers le petit déjeuner complet l’isolation de la chambre la piscine isolée hôtel bien décoré à taille humaine contrairement aux chaînes personnel très sympathique de thonon et d’oleron….

Was only there for one night to watch Nice at the Allianze Stadium but the staff were pleasent and helpful and the room did the job. The bed was 2 singles together and you could feel the dip when sleeping.

Parking grande Habitaciones de tamaño correcto. No hay aparcamiento para discapacitados Tuvimos un problema en la habitación y no nos lo pudieron solucionar. Eso hizo nuestra estancia no fuese cómoda

Breakfast was lovely. Pool area was very nice, well kept. Service to your lounger. Franck at the hotel was very helpful with restaurant recommendations! 20 mins to Nice centre by tram.

Hotel, Pool sowie Zimmer sind sauber und sehr schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut & es gibt vegane sowie glutenfreie Alternativen. Alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Das Hotel befindet sich im Hinterland von Nizza. Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 15 Minuten zur Promenade (viel Verkehr). Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel können ebenfalls genutzt werden, waren bei uns aber unpünktlich und nicht stimmig zu Google Maps. Außer der Lage ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Food a bit strange - some form of fusion. Don't ask for cheese. No other restaurants locally. Staff don't know about local transport to the airport (trams) which on-line said they closed at 10pm but I saw them at the airport at midnight. On reflection, I would have stayed at the airport hotels and took the hit on the overnight parking costs since my return taxi was 50 euros - more than parking.

Bel accueil, chambre confortable et une après-midi piscine très agréable !. Il faut compter 40 minutes pour rejoindre le centre de Nice en transport.

Superbe hôtel . Tout était parfait : la chambre, parking, piscine,... accueil, personnel très agréable et aimable . Vraiment aux petits soins des clients .

The staff were incredibly friendly and gave us advice on everything and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, particularly Adalaide who gave advice every day and allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived in the morning despite check-in being at 16:00pm. It's a bit far from the centre of Nice.

La piscine, la proximité immédiate du stade, la qualité et épaisseur des serviettes de bain, le gel douche nuxe, le petit déjeuner très varié et copieux (néanmoins au prix de 25 euros par personne), le frigo dans la chambre (relativement assez bruyant). Très grand lit mais il s'agissait de 2 petits lits normalement assemblés par une fermeture éclair, qui était restait ouverte. Cabine de douche étroite Un seul portant pour étendre les serviettes mouillées alors qu'il s'agissait pour ma part d'une chambre privilège, prévue pour deux personnes. Pas de tisane dans le plateau bouilloire Mauvaise isolation phonique entre les chambres et avec le couloir Beaucoup d'interrupteurs dans la chambre sans savoir à quoi ça correspond Niveau 0 pas indiqué sur les boutons dans l'un des deux ascenseurs

Accueil au top. Personnel très gentil. Chambre spacieuse et agréable ! Très propre ! Au top car très très proche de l’Allianz Riviera où j’ai pu aller à pied assister au concert de Mylène Farmer. Rien du tout.

L'accueil est excellent, personnel aux petits soins, l'hôtel est très bien équipé, très propre, la piscine très bien située, la terrasse sous les arbres pour le petit déjeuner c'est juste magique. Nous reviendrons. Merci à toute l'équipe Rien a dire, c'est vraiment excellent.

L’emplacement parfait pour aller voir un concert à Allianz Riviera Très bel hôtel décoré avec goût, confort de la chambre et de la literie apprécié. Check in expéditif, peut être en sous effectif mais personnel agréable.

Le manque de transats autour de la piscine ....

L emplacement la taille de la suite et le calme le parking gratuit et sécurisé. Les horaires du petit déjeuner, des petits détails dans la chambre ( abattant de cuvette trop petit donc il glisse, pas d accroche pour la douchette car cassé ) et pas de room service après 23 h . L hôtel étant à deux pas du stade Allianz où il y a à longueur d année des événements comme nous concernant un concert , il est très étonnant qu il n y est pas de room service même uniquement du repas froid. Et a l extérieur pas mieux rien pour manger. Il a fallu être livré et nous avons mangé à 1h30 du matin, 2 h après notre arrivée à l hôtel comme bon nombre des occupants de l hôtel. Dommage

Emplacement parfait pour se rendre à L’allianz Riviera. À notre arrivée dans la chambre nous avons constaté des traces diverses sur les draps, nous l’avons signalé à la réception par téléphone, une femme décroche me disant qu’elle me rappelle pour solutionner ce problème. Nous sortons sur la terrasse pour fumer, en attendant, je laisse la porte fenêtre ouverte de quelques centimètres pour entendre l’appel, puis nous entendons toquer, j’ouvre la porte une femme (grande brune) me demande de lui montrer les taches, ce que je m’empresse de faire, elle constate une trace de maquillage voyante sur les draps elle m’explique que les draps sont propres et lavés, je n’en doute pas mais il y a tout de même des tâches sur notre lit… elle me propose de changer de chambre puis, rebondit sur le fait qu’il y a une odeur de cigarette dans la chambre et que je risque d’être facturée 250€ pour cela, Comme expliqué précédemment la terrasse et collée à la porte fenêtre de la chambre, nous étions bien à l’extérieur pour fumer, l’odeur a du rentrer car j’ai ouvert la porte fenêtre pour ouvrir à cette femme ?? Elle ne se démonte pas et m’explique qu’il ne faut pas d’odeur de cigarette. Dans ce cas pourquoi proposer une terrasse fumeur avec un cendrier à disposition ? La moindre de ses choses aurait été de s’excuser pour la gêne occasionnée et nous changer de draps tout simplement, cela a refroidi notre séjour d’entrée de jeu, songez à revoir la façon dont vous parlez à vos clients, est-ce par rapport à notre jeune âge que cette femme s’est donné la permission de nous parler ainsi ? Nous avons l’habitude de séjourner dans des hôtels, nous n’avons jamais rencontré cette problématique, revoyez votre manière de parler à vos clients, cela pourrait tenir l’image de votre établissement fraîchement étoilé.

La chambre était propre un peu petite, le petit déjeuner était très varié et très bon avec des produits frais et fait maison, l'emplacement était juste parfait à 5 minutes du stade allianz riviera, nous y allons pour voir un concert, le personnel est trés sympathique, souriant et professionnel, je recommande cet hôtel à 100 %.

- location directly next to the highway (good if you are travelling and only want to stay for sleeping) - big closed parking lot - clean and comfortable, pool looks very nice - silent. - everything is quite expensive - restaurant closes at 21:30, and at the weekend it is closed (in July!) - hot water in the shower takes an eternity - staff is friendly but not very helpful.

We loved how lovely and quiet it was. Breakfast was great with lots of choices including alternative milks. The staff was very helpful and waiters friendly. We loved dinner there, the chefs are top and the food was just incredible the down side is that the hotel is not in the centre of Nice but the outskirts so to get to the touristic areas, a couple of tram journeys are needed. However, the tram station is a short walking distance away from the hotel so it’s easy to get to and from city centre and even airport.

Property is "fine", a bit isolated but it's nice when you have a car to have free parking, a restaurant (not great but fine) on site and a pool. Staff is nice. Room service is available. It's isolated, there is carpet on the floors, a horrible smell in the elevators and the water itself smells like sewage. Food is not great but it's "fine." Amenities super limited. No mini-bar, just bad Nestle water bottles in an empty fridge. It's pretty far from Nice depending on traffic.

Piscine et petit déjeuner. fer à repasser ne repasse pas très bien. il serait plus judicieux de mettre à disposition un vrai fer à repasser et une table si le client le souhaite dans la chambre.

La proximité à l’autoroute et centre commercial. les lits 2places sont enfaite des matelas séparés pas du tout confortable !!! sachant que je l’avais déjà priser au paravant.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται δίπλα στην εθνική οδό, οπότε βολεύει πάρα πολύ αν θες να γυρίσεις όλη την κυανή ακτή. Οι κήποι ήταν εξαιρετικοί. Το ίδιο και η πισίνα, το εστιατόριο και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι. Παρέχεται ασφαλές(ανοίγει η γκαραζόπορτα μόνο με το κλειδί του ξενοδοχείουυ), ευρύχωρο πάρκινγκ δωρεάν. Τα δωμάτια έχουν διπλό τζάμι στην μπαλκονόπορτα και έτσι έχει μεγάλη ηχομόνωση. Το κρεβάτι άνετο και το μπάνιο τίμιο. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ ακριβό, οπότε και δεν το προτιμήσαμε καμία μέρα. Τα δωμάτια ίσως χρειάζονται μια μικρή ανακαίνιση για να συνάδουν με τον υπόλοιπο κοινόχρηστο χώρο που είναι πάρα πολύ ωραίος.

The location is fine if one wants to be close to the Nice airport. However, there is not much else around the hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. The private parking is convenient if you travel by car. The restaurant was opened only for lunch. The whole atmosphere was that of a business hotel, nothing pleasant or unpleasant.

Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met alle mogelijke ingrediënten zoals een Engels ontbijt, lekkere koffie, … Het personeel is supervriendelijk! Ook genoten van een héél lekker diner in het restaurant. Badkamer heeft een renovatie nodig!.

We booked a room with a kingsize bed for 4 nights in this hotel at around 492 euro. We are a family of 2 adults and a child of 5 year old. The child is small and doesn't like to sleep alone. He sleeps in the middle. When we arrived in this hotel they said we had to take an extra room with a kingsize bed. It was not allowed for a small child to sleep with the parents. In the rest of the hotel world this would never be a problem. They drove or holiday cost up significantly with another 491 euro. They acted as if we were getting a big reduction while we checked afterwards and they just gave us the regular price. They didn't see this misunderstanding and didn't want to cancel the room and wanted to follow their standard procedures. There is a balance between company policy and customer service. I would say with this hotel it is not in favour of customer service. Avoid this hotel if you are a family with small child(ren).

Sufficient free parking lot. Fantastic bath and wash products made by Mugler. It felt good when we were told there was an upgrade to a spacious room with a balcony, until we found the air-con was not working in this room. It was in the afternoon, we soon went to the front desk and told the man, but he said because the sun was still shining and we should keep the air-con working until evening then it would cool down, and if Hui it wasn’t then we could tell them again. We then went out and came back after the sunset. It was really cool outside but the room was still too warm. We turned other electronic devices off and turned the air-con to maximum, and lowered the temperature settings to the bottom, but it was all in vain. We called the front desk asking about changing a room, but the man (don’t know if still the same one) said no other rooms available, then I asked how could we stay in an uncomfortable room like this. I could not believe that he answered, “You can open the window, it’s pretty cool outside.” I said, “ how do I know if there’s someone trying to come in, that’s a threat to my life and property!” This man said,” I’m sorry, but that’s it.” This is so ridiculous the way they treated us, we didn’t even use the quilt and felt so hard to sleep the whole night. I had never felt so frustrated to a hotel serving their customers like this. Never will I stay in this hotel again. Also the roll-up door at the balcony was not so clean, covered with plenty of dust.

Staff are excellent and internet connection is amazing .Breakfast perfect pillows in the room were not comfortable,We have been on the side looking to the street and noise levels are quite hight in the rush hours.We did not understand reasons we were not put on the other side as hotel was nearly empty at that times

Un hôtel au design chic, un personnel bienveillant. Contrairement aux commentaires précédents la climatisation fonctionne et l'hôtel est bien desservi. Facile d'aller dans le centre avec le tram qui se trouve à 2 pas. La literie est très confortable.

It has very modern lobby and restaurant it also includes a free parking there is shatter but when you close it there is air coming into your room rooms has balcony. a bit far from the center and old rooms with no black out windows nor air condition. it is already may and I understand that the weather is still okay but can’t get good night sleep when there is no air coming to the room rooms are pretty small too

Le vrai plus de cet hôtel est son personnel serviable et gentil. Le petit déjeuner était complet et très bon. Nous avons passé une nuit horrible a cause de la chaleur. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The location isn't far from the city center, but traffic in Nice makes it about a 25 minute drive to the old city and the promenades. The rates are very reasonable for a high quality hotel.

It is a new, clean, modern hotel, with a large and free parking lot. The hotel is charging 25 EUR per person (!) for a breakfast. I was quite amazed, if they are serving lobster or what. Even though the hotel was almost completely empty, they wanted to charge me 20 EUR for a bathtub in the room. It was never a problem elsewhere.

Ich hatte dieses Hotel gebucht aus zwei Gründen: Einmal wegen der freien Parkmöglichkeit und wegen dem Satelliten, die Italienischen Progamme ( Mein Mann ist Italiener ) funktionierten trotzdem nicht. Insgesamt gebe ich trotzdem dem Hotel eine Gute Note, Personal sehr Freundlich,saubere Zimmer.Am 31.12.2022 wurde in den Zimmer kleine Köstlichkeiten gelegt,eine nette Geste. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen da wir das Zimmer ohne genommen hatten weil wir morgens ausschlafen wollten. Hatte um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten was prombt durchgeführt wurde,das Hotel befindet sich in der nähe der Ausfahrt der Autobahn.Bis Nizza Zentrum braucht man trotzdem circa 25 Minuten.Da wir eh den anzen Tag unterwegs waren war dies kein Problem. Vielen Dank an das ganze Teams des Hotels Nichts zu bemängeln Durch die Rezensionen (vorher durchgelesen ) wurde ich aufmerksam wegen der Lage des Hotels.

Service par les personnels, parking facile, chambre spacieuse. l’oreiller est trop haut pour nous, je crois que c’est une design erreur de la position de toilette - la couvercle ne peut pas mettre debout, je ai demandé une chambre tranquille, mais pour les dernier deux nuits, on a eu un voisine qui a fait beaucoup bruit après mid-nuit, c’est pas très grave, mais il y a beaucoup de chambres qui sont disponibles, je ne compris pas pourquoi toutes les invités sont entassés ensembles, peut-être c’est facile pour nettoyer?.

Repas du soir un peu cantine pour un établissement 4 étoiles, frites surgelé, purée de pdt poudre, peu de dessert proposé.. Il manque un tout petit peu pour que se soit parfait.

Il a fait froid toute la nuit et impossible de mettre un peu de chauffage il n'y avait que de la ventilation. Le joint de la douche est à refaire, pour un 4 étoiles cela marque mal de les voir moisis autant que cela.

Dîner et qualité des produits bien là. Bon chef cuisinier. Bonne équipe en cuisine sans nul doute. Confort général des chambres. Attention cependant au vieillissement de la literie! Le personnel de chambre peut oublier de mettre les produits de soin corporel d'une chambre à l'autre. Vérifié! Personnel pas très à l'écoute pour un 4 étoiles! Profil...formation...management? Obligation de se presser au moment du petit-déjeuner pour les impératifs bruyants de service à la course. Horaires pourtant respectés par les clients.

Lovely clean room, very good location for the motorway and airport, close to the tram.It does take about 45-50 minutes to get in to the centre of town so if you wanted to go in and out every day would need to factor this in. For us it was perfect for a short stay in Nice at the end of a week in Provence.

No Complaints

Our flight was cancelled just before midnight and we were all asked to leave the airport - this was therefore an emergency booking and we had no idea where we were! However we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very helpful and the room clean and comfortable. Our room faced the road but we had no issue with noise. We only wish we had had more time to enjoy the facilities, including a lovely pool. The tram is just up the road which will take you into Nice and the airport.

Ce n'est pas mon premier séjour dans cet hôtel, mais j'y retourne parce que c'est une valeur sure, accueil, personnel, facilité d'accès, très grand parking, chambre spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de gout, petit déjeuner excellent. Seul petit bémol mais ce n'est pas très grave : attention à l'entretien de la terrasse.

À part mes commentaires un peu déçu pour un 4 étoile

Superbe restaurant extérieur. Belle décoration intérieure de l'hôtel. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Parking disponible. Chambre un peu petite selon moi par rapport au standing 4 étoiles mais au final cela ne nous a pas gêné. Pratique en face du Tramway et correspondance aéroport de Nice (10-15 minutes). Chambre un peu petite.

Les prestations de l'hôtel sont sympas : la piscine est agréable, le restaurant est sympa et particulièrement la terrasse sous les arbres qui est très mignonne, la nourriture y est également très bonne. Ma chambre n'était pas forcément ce qu'on attend d'un 4 étoiles (par rapport aux photos des suites qu'on peut voir sur le site) notamment la salle de bain qui était très basique, toutefois c'était propre.

Bonne expérience, lieu sécurisé car l'accès se fait par carte. Bon accueil. On a apprécié le grand parking gratuit et la piscine

Hotel moderno e pieno di servizi. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la gentilezza di tutto il personale, in particolare di Chiara e Patrick, la tranquillità del posto, la piscina e il servizio di prenotazione spiaggia, davvero molto comodo. Ci farebbe piacere tornare presto!

Soggiorno come sempre piacevolissimo, d'altronde sono anni che, venendo a trovare parenti a Nizza, soggiorniamo sempre qua. Unico neo...il ristorante chiuso in questo periodo.

Un peu déçue par rapport à la situation géographique Et déçue aussi de cette offre à la plage privée,aucun cocktail de bienvenue comme indiqué.

Super hôtel avec d'excellents services. Un personnel irréprochable que ce soit à l'accueil, au restaurant ou en service d'étage. Hôtel propre décoré avec goût. Chambre propre, ménage fait tous les jours.

Deuxième fois pour nous dans cet hôtel, et rien à dire. On y retournera sûrement. Petit point pour les femmes de ménage qui sont super gentils qui ont tout préparé pour notre petit bébé (baignoire, matelas de change) au retour de notre journée à la plage. Merci

Vos oreillers sont vraiment gros et durs, il est impossible de dormir avec, la prochaine fois je prendrais un de chez moi, le lendemain coup en vrac

Nous avon fait un bon séjour, toutefois il y aurait des petites améliorations à faire, comme par exemple un service à la piscine et au bar qui nest apparemment pas ouvert tout durant laprès-midi, ce qui est bien dommage. Ce que je trouve navrant cest que la réceptionniste ne sais pas faire d aperol spritz en journée. Sinon on niveau qualité culinaire on sest régalé.

Bon , personnel très agréable , petite fausse note au petit déjeuner viennoiseries pas assez cuites ( pâte encore crue à l intérieur )

Un hotel molto interessante ben posizionato vicino autostrada e centro citta' ideale per chi viaggia per lavoro ma puo' essere interessante anche per chi vuole visitare la zona.il parcheggio interno ottimo per lasciare auto

The hotel was great as a stop off. On arriving by car at night the automatic gate looked all shut up. We had to park and go in by the front gate then bring the car in. An illuminated light saying entrance please buzz would be helpful.

Buena. Las habitaciones correctas, un poco antiguas en comparación con el baño, pero limpias. Hotel tranquilo y con un buen restaurante. Instalaciones: piscina, parking, ..., muy bien.

Overall the hotel was lovely and staff very helpful! Pool was great, which is one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel as was there for complete relaxation and to recharge ourselves Sadly had to ask for milk for the room to have in coffee and thought it would be there from then on but it wasn’t

Very good hotel. Had everything we wanted. It would have been nice if the floor didnt get wet in the bathroom. If the glass in the bath shielded properly it would be fantastic. Glad there are no shower curtains. Please provide toothpaste as wome guest like my self forgot to pack it.

Good value for the money but things can be improved. The free parking is outside on a large parking lot. Parking in the garage cost 10 Euro per day!

Il soggiorno,seppur breve,è stato piacevole.

The hotel was in quite a busy location with traffic and a little noisy when the balcony door was opened. You would need to hire a car to get about but there is a lot of traffic all around, there was a train station and bus stop near by if you dont mind Using a time schedule, The staff where very nice and helpful including the cleaning staff. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. We were upgraded from a classic twin room to a premier room upon arrival free of charge not sure why but it was a nice gesture. We did have a problem with the air conditioning in the upgraded room which become quite warm at night when trying to sleep, however, they did respond very quickly and the maintenance man come along to fix it. They have a very nice restaurant in the hotel that is open for Lunch and Dinner Mon to Friday the food and service was very good and resonably priced.

Very pleasant, staff are fantastic. Nice pool, shame about the main road that was busy until late evening.

It was a lovely place, nice staf, big rooms, food at the restaurant was a bit pricy but delicious. Location wise a vit far from the city center, but public transport options very close

Lovely experience & hotel. Comfy beds and very clean rooms. Pool is small but nice but there wasn't any towels available to use by the time we got down there and it wasn't even busy but we didn't want to stay down there for too long anyway so wasn't too much of an issue.

All good. Only its location is very far from the beaches and the center of Nice.

I love the location, the room was little smaller than expected (I allways get free upgrade upgrade the room), when it says you get free upgrade to be a Vip+ hotel. It also says you get free soft drinks in minibar, not just 2 piece once. The reception was 2 good and 2 bad.

OK! we were on our honeymoon and nothing special was offered or done for us. We had our 1y old son with us and the room was a bit small for all of us, plus No change station in any of the hotel main washrooms. Most staff was very kind to us

Quite pleasant as the staff are great. I was very disappointed in the price of taxis to the town and airport. I felt like I was being ripped off. Perhaps the hotel should strike a deal with a local firm to keep the costs down for repeat business.

Despite persistent rain for 2 days of my stay, I had a very pleasant and restful time, thank you.

The hotel double charged me and it took extensive back and forth communication and a lot of fighting to get a refund.

I was not expecting such a beautiful/cozy inside seeing the the external red flashy lighting.

The staff both in the evening, (Ibra) and in the morning were very helpful. The breakfast was a full setup with scrambled eggs, sausage, croissants, bread, juices, hot drinks, yogurts, cheeses, etc. Twice I needed a phone call made for me as we didn't have a cell phone available to us and they helped us. They told us that this is a f a mile owned servotel. It's in beautiful condition. Parking available below building for free or in back parking lot which is secured.
